Very polite, helpful and friendly staff. The device is well constructed and works well. You have to use their software if you want custom videos to display, which worked fine. It was conveniently supplied on the memory card. They pretty much have this down to an art. I don't know what kind of different versions of these devices exist or will exist but i got the 42cm. Just as with a monitor the led array density gives the resulting resolution. The main aspect is the transparency that results when the fan spins, giving the sense of a free floating visualization. As i understand, you need to set to black regions of your video for it to display 3d, import with their software and it converts it. The fan then automatically reads it when the card is inserted. So it's pretty fun. I suppose there are libraries of visualisations also out there, and they provide quite a few on the card. They even supplied the correct regional mains plug type.
It works perfectly and is great.
